North Ossetian State University in Russia has launched Persian language course in cooperation with Iran's Allameh Tabataba'i University.

North Ossetian State University in Russia has launched Persian language course in cooperation with Iran's Allameh Tabataba'i University.

The course includes the Persian language training as well as recitation of Iranian poet Ferdowsi’s masterpiece Shahnameh, according to a Thursday local media report.

The course is conducted under an agreement signed between North Ossetian University and Iran's Allameh Tabataba'i University.

Khetagurov North Ossetian State University is a university in Vladikavkaz, Russia. It was founded in 1920 and was named after Kosta Levanovich Khetagurov.

Iran is an ancient country with several thousand years of history and civilization and understanding Iranian culture and literature can be facilitated through knowing the Persian Language.
